Clay High School Dedicates Wind Research Facility
 
Marcy Kaptur presented the keynote address at the groundbreaking ceremony for Clay High School's Wind Research Facility on April 21.  Green by Design will be installing a Skystream 3.7 on a 45' monopole tower later this spring.
